TERMS
When you place a pre-order purchase (a “Pre-Order”), you agree to pay a deposit of $59 (for WiFi only) and/or $69 (for WiFi + LTE). The deposit will be applied towards the purchase price charged to you when the Pre-Order product ships. You may cancel your Pre-Order at any time before the Pre-Order product is ready for shipping by emailing us at support@iyo.audio. In the event of cancellation, we will refund the full amount of your paid deposit and you will not be responsible for completing the purchase. In addition, in the unlikely event we can't deliver the Pre-Order product, you'll receive an email from us at your registered email address informing you that your Pre-Order has been canceled and we will refund the total Pre-Order payment you have made in accordance with the rules of our payment processor. Any cancellation received after the product ships will be subject to IYO’s standard Return Policy.
